Towson Dental Assistants

Welcome to our practice, my name is Sandy. I am a registered dental hygienist, and have been practicing hygiene for over 26 years. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland Dental School in 1985. My favorite part of my job is relating to my patients. It is my goal to give each patient individualized care, to calm any fears that they have about being here, and educate them on how to maintain good oral hygiene. I take pride in my job, and work hard to ensure that your smile is a healthy smile! I am a proud mom of two daughters, Brooke and Morgan. Brooke is a Jr. at Virginia tech studying agriculture, and Morgan is senior at McDonough planning to attend LSU in the fall of 2012, where she will also be on the soccer team.
Hello, I’m Wendy. I have been a registered Dental Hygienist for almost 30 years (I started when I was 12! 😀 ), and have been with Dr. TL & Dr. D. since July 2007. This is such a relaxed and up beat office, and I love working directly with the patients to help them achieve a healthy and attractive smile. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, cycling, skiing, and photography.
Hello, my name is Robin and I am an x-ray certified dental assistant. As part of the clinical team, I assist Dr. Llewellyn with all dental procedures, perform lab work, and take dental radiographs. I have worked with Dr. Llewellyn since 1995 and I can say with honesty, that I love my job!  I believe that laughter is the best medicine to help patients calm their dental fears and make it through any required dental treatment.  I take pride in helping a patient achieve their best possible smile. I am married to John, and in my spare time I enjoy ten pin bowling, watching football, going to the movies, and spending time with family and friends.
Hi, my name is Donna. I became Dr. Denisch’s dental assistant after graduation Seton High school back in 1977, and we worked together for ten years.  In 1987, I began working as a dental laboratory technician, fabricating crown and bridge work, specializing in porcelain.  In 1990, my husband and I were blessed with our first child.  It was our decision for me to be a stay at home mom and so my new career began. Three children later, and with our youngest child in the second grade, I decided to return to the dental field part time, and resumed my work as a lab technician. In 2008 I was employed by Dr. Llewellyn to work as Dr. Denisch’s dental assistant. It is great to be part of such a prestigious and fun team.
Hi, my name is Emily, and I am Dr. Llewellyn’s newest dental assistant, and I have been with the practice since 2009. I love our patients, and take pride in what I do to help enhance and maintain your beautiful smile. I assist Dr. Llewellyn during your treatment, coordinate with the ladies at the front to set up your follow up visits, and communicate with the lab to ensure that we have your case here on time. Working with Dr. Llewellyn and the staff is a privilege, and also quite fun. We do our best to create a fun environment, and enjoy including our patients in fun conversations while you are undergoing treatment, to help you to laugh and feel at ease. Some of our patients know how much we like to laugh, and even come prepared with a new joke to tell us! Even though we enjoy having fun, we do take our job seriously, and work to insure that you leave with peace of mind knowing that your oral health is in good hands. In my free time, I love cooking and hosting dinner parties, salsa dancing, and being active in my church. I also enjoy traveling, and have been to Italy, Spain, and Paraguay.
